ANOTHER APC LIE PUNCTURED:

As usual, SaharaReporters claimed that a Court Order was granted on June 24, 2016 by Justice Mohammed Idris of the FHC Lagos for Gov Fayose’s accounts in Zenith Bank to be frozen.

The suit according to Sahara Reporters was FRN vs Zenith Bank .

OBSERVATION 1
The Suit Number: FHC/CS/871/2016 appears fake. Where is the Jurisdiction Number that should come after CS (Civil Suit)? FHC/CS/…..871/2016????

If the suit was filed in Lagos, the number should be FHC/CS/871/L/2016 and not FHC/CS/871/2016 as published by Sahara Reporters.

Observation 2
The letter written to Gov Fayose by the Zenith Bank to notify him about the freezing of his accounts was dated June 21, 2016 and the said “Court Order” was granted on June 24, 2016?

Do you carry out an action first and get a court order later?

Observation 3
Sahara Reporters claimed the suit was between Federal Republic of Nigeria and Zenith Bank. Can a man suffer the consequences of a suit he was not a party to?

We await the Sahara Reporters Court Order to be presented in court on Monday.
