Garba Shehu, in his tweet revealed that the president is so nonchalant that his first interest in any news paper is cartoon.
According to him, “When He (Buhari) picks a paper (Newspaper), the first page he reaches for is the cartoon page. He laughs and laughs.”
Hence, Nigerians have been reacting that with such lackadaisical attitude the only hope for Nigeria now is to impeach the old grandfather. And Nigeria Legislative arm have been submerged by the Executive through various means.
