In keeping to our words, Arise News247 correspondents in Italy eventually had contact with Comfort, the girl that was beaten till she collapsed by her friend whose name is Happy; as she (Comfort) was discharged from the hospital after she survived the near-death attack.
Comparing a very close short of Comfort’s real face with the pictures taken from the video of the attack.
Our correspondents had some few moment to interview her and we must report that though she survived the attack, but she is still battling with the psychological trauma.
After exchange of pleasantry between Comfort and Arise News247 correspondents, and our repoter stated the purpose of the interview, the first statement she made was that she prays that God, who is stronger than every human being, help to arrest Happy.
Though we might not disclose all the details of the interview for now because we were able to get some useful information on how to track down the culprits soonest. Hence, we will deliberately omit the sensitive information we gathered from the interview till the culprits are apprehended and brought to book: as we promised our faithful and highly esteemed readers.
However, the following were disclosed to Arise News247 correspondents.
On the first note, it was alleged that the other girls were jealous of Comfort for reasons to be disclosed later, but she never knew that it could get to that extent.
Secondly, she asserted that the attack was a plan between all the girls, but Comfort was not so sensitive to have preempted what they were up to.
The third point is that a kindhearted Europe-based lady Evangelist from Nigeria has linked up and promised to assist in ensuring that Comfort has adequate medical attention, properly rehabilitated and well settled. In the same vein, just as Arise News247 Chief Editor was vetting this report before approval for publishing, another kindhearted woman from Europe sent us a message assuring us of the cooperation of their legal team in Italy.
Finally, the Happy and her friends have not been arrested and as at the time of filing this report, they are still in Italy. Nevertheless, Arise News247 investigation team with the cooperation of other well meaning Nigerians want to assure the public once again that they will all be apprehended as God helps us.
It must also be observed, as earlier reported on our facebook page, that the family of Comfort in Nigeria did not hear of the attack on her until Arise News247 was able to establish contact with the family and our Chief Editor broke the news to them through her elder brother.
And when the family first got the news it was heavy commotion because they could not establish contact with Comfort until early hours of today, 18th April, 2017 after she was discharged from the hospital. Thus, while they could not reach her it was assumed that she must have died as a result of the attack.
Below is the excerpt of the interview with Comfort:
ARISE NEWS247: Good morning.
COMFORT: Good morning sir.
ARISE NEWS247: We are reporters from Arise News247 who got your contact from your biological elder brother (name withheld). We watched a video of a fight that appeared as if a Comfort was beaten to death or coma on Friday, 24th March, 2017. Are you the Comfort?
COMFORT: Yes sir.
ARISE NEWS247: Thank God that you are alive. Has the Happy been arrested?
COMFORT: No sir. I am ‘prayer’ that my God will arrest Happy.
ARISE NEWS247: What we saw on that video must be a plan work between all of them.
COMFORT: Yes sir.
ARISE NEWS247: How can we get the whereabout of that Happy? She must not go unpunished…
To avoid disclosing sensitive information that may hamper our further investigation we will stop the report of the interview for now.

Arise News247 studio received the following video of a Nigerian lady that was said to have been murdered by her friend simply identified as Happy, with the conspiracy of her other friends and we were informed that they conspired to lie that she committed suicide.
The person who was believed to have recorded the video is said to be at large, but left her phone behind (probably to deliberately expose the very person who committed the alleged homicide).
While our correspondents continue to investigate further into the unfortunate incident, kindly share the video, tag your friends and concerned Nigerians until the authority takes up the case.
The girl believed to have been murdered is a daughter of human beings and a sister of some people who might not know the true cause of her death EXCEPT this video goes viral if she is truly dead.
Again please keep sharing and keep tagging people until the authority does something.
MORE UPDATE:
Arise News247 further gathered that another video surfaced again alleged to been from a lady who claimed she recorded the first video.
The new video shows the face of only one lady with background supporting voices but no other face shown.
The only face shown on the new video claimed that the lady alleged to have been murdered eventually didn’t die.
But the claim is difficult to believe. It appears to be an attempt to suppress the scenario for the following reasons:
- Throughout the new video recording the lady they claimed didn’t die never showed up. Rather the person speaking in the new video pointed back at a bed covered with cloth and said that it was the lady that they said died that was on the bed. But the cloths she pointed to never moved.

She also claimed that the lady that they said died was on phone with her boyfriend. But not only that there was no movement where she pointed, but there was no sound of anyone on phone conversation except the background voices that were supporting her claims.

The lady that spoke on the new video claimed that the facebook account of the person that was alleged to have been killed is: * Comfort Agidigba Aliyah* and we search facebook, there is no name like that on facebook.

The speaker also claimed that the person believed to have been killed was on facebook as at the time she was talking.
However, when we came in touch with her real facebook account, the following were the observations of Arise News247
A.) There is no video of the fight and there is no video of the disclaimer that she is not dead on her facebook. In fact, nobody tagged her in any video. If the disclaimer is true even if she didn’t share it on her facebook the person who called herself her friend supposed to tag her.
Note also that in the video of the so called disclaimer the person that called herself her friend said she was going to share the video of the disclaimer on her own facebook immediately, claiming that they have resolved and that the lady believed to have died apologized. How can someone beaten to the point of death and believed to be dead and they claimed she survived and she will be the one to apologize to those who conspired to attempt to kill her? (If she didn’t die)
B.) The last post on her facebook was on 19th March 2017 and her last response to comments on her post was on 20th March, 2017. The unfortunate event occurred on Friday 24th March, 2017 and since then no new post, no new comment, no tagging.
ARISE NEWS247 CONTACTED HER FAMILY MEMBERS:
The investigation team of Arise News247 was able to dig down to get the family members of the girl believed to have been killed in that video.
We spoke with her biological elder brother. In fact, her family members heard the news for the first time from Arise News247 reporters.
Since we alerted the family members here in Nigeria they have been calling her line till about 10:02am this morning Monday 17th April, 2017 when we spoke last with her elder brother they have not been able to get through to her.
The matter happened on Friday 24th March 2017. Her family members last spoke with her on Monday 20th March, 2017. The Monday before the unfortunate event.
She was last seen online on Monday, 20th March, 2017 when she made her last comment.
Our investigations continue. Be assured that Arise News247 must unravel all the mysteries surrounding this incident. And we shall continue to release more updates till we expose all the hidden issues as God helps us.

Part of my joy is that the Comfort confessed that she is set to dedicate her life to God and stop all her evil ways. She said if she had died she would have been in hell now. And as we speak now a servant of God is working to adopt her and follow her up properly.
