A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has granted Femi Fani-Kayode bail today, Monday 4th July 2016.
The Court presided over by Justice Hassan granted Bail to Femi Fani-Kayode in the sum of N250 million and 2 reliable sureties in like sum.
He also mandated him to submit his international passport to the court.
Femi Fani-Kayode and Ayo Fayose have been the remaining two voices crying against the tyranny of the APC government after Olisa Metuh’s voice was subdued to the extent that he agreed to pay the ransom slammed on him just to allow him travel for his health care.
While Fani-Kayode was arrested, EFCC who is helpless because Ayo Fayose is covered by immunity freezes his Zenith Bank Account and that has raised a lot of dusts including the Halliburton Scandal.
Chief Femi Fani-Kayode was arrested on Monday 9th May, 2016 when he was invited by EFCC and was purportedly granted the so called administrative bail, but has been under captive for almost two months now!
