While Nigerians were still mourning the gruesome murder of RCCG pastor’s wife, Arise News has been alerted of another multiple Boko Haram attacks hiding under the camouflage of Fulani Herdsmen. The first attack killed more than 81 with so many others injured in Benue State. Now we are woken to another sad news of another series of attacks at the same weekend in Beji town in the Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State. Unconfirmed number of people are reported killed and several others injured with houses, barns with food items, cars and motorcycles burnt down. killing four people.
Arise News also gathered that those injured are presently been treated at the Minna General Hospital.
While the state Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elikana, confirmed the incident, he also added that armed police officers have been deployed there to bring the unfortunate situation to normalcy. However he conceded that his officers “are on the trail of the perpetrators of this crime. But no arrest has been made so far”
