“l replied in affirmation and she said it was Maigari (ward head), Malam Habu, who always, if I am going to school, stops me and gives me N20.00.
“After that, he invited me into his room, asked me to remove my cloth including my pants and inserts his penis into my private part and one day, I saw myself moving abnormally”.
The mother said when she opened her private part, she found it swelled up and she had to rob her with hot water for three times before the swell went down.
“I met him personally and warned him to get out of the way of my daughter otherwise I will expose him, for two times, he begged me not to expose him because if she do that , he will lose his position.
“But, he continued and I reported the matter to my husband, who took no action.
I went to the man again for the third time, where I abused him, he also convinced me that he was not doing anything with my daughter, but that he gave N20 for three times, he offered me a kola nut, but I refused to collect it, but he insisted that I should collect it, when I collected the kola nut, I told him that this is my exhibit and evidence even at the court’’, Aisha narrated.
She added that she reported the matter to Garki police division and they arrested and detained him for three days then released him on bail.

When contacted, the old man denied the allegation, saying that he had no business with the minor.
