The news reaching the newsroom of Arise News247 has it that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, the candidate of the Allied Congress Party sign the peace accord on the conduct of the 2019 elections today, 12th December, 2018.
The two of them and few others were not present when the candidate for the All Progressive Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari, signed the accord in Abuja on yesterday, 11th December, 2018.
